NR ONE Records accepts demos from Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex bands; here are some pointers to help you help us and so you know what to expect:

1. Please don't email us links: we like to see what effort you've made with your promotional material.

2. Please don't ring to ask if you can send a demo: we're always keen to hear new stuff so just pop your CD/mini-disc in the post but there's no need to include an SAE because NR ONE likes to keep copies of everything for future reference.

3. Unfortunately, it's impossible to provide feedback on demos because we're busy working on releases but we'll be in touch if there's a chance of working together. NR ONE Records' A&R looks forward to hearing from you.
